My background: 3rd Dan Black belt in MISOMA Arts, 1st Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate.
MISOMA, also known as Mark Ifill's School of Martial Arts is a culmination of over 32 years of Martial Arts experience, which includes some of the best technique taken from Karate, boxing, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Thai Boxing and Ju Jitsu.
About My School: Our classes are open to children and adults starting from the age of 7 years and up. We train in a warm and encouraging environment, where everyone develops at their own pace. We are based in Enfield, so if you fancy doing something a bit different and being part of our new and evolving style of Martial Arts, then come down and give it a go. It's worth pointing out that the first lesson is free, so you have nothing to lose.
Our style includes a well structured syllabus that will take you from beginner to black belt. We are non political and open to all Martial Artists, regardless of grade or style. All we are interested in, is bringing the best out of you.
